Launch Your Business in 4 Phases –

Join The Young Entrepreneur Program and build a real business step by step beginning at $599.00

Phase 1 - Start UP!

The four-phase curriculum begins with Start-up, where participants form an LLC, open a business bank account, build a website homepage, and develop a profit-driven plan—completing Phase 1 with a fully functioning business, not just theory.

Phase 2 - Sales

Students put their businesses to the test by selling directly to real customers during Online Market Days. With access to The Listening Tree’s customer base and their own networks, they learn pricing, sales, and customer service while making their first revenue.

Phase 3 - Automation

Students learn how to work smarter by using industry-specific AI tools to automate their businesses. From marketing campaigns to customer support, they build systems that save time, increase efficiency, and keep revenue flowing with less manual work.

Phase 4 - Scale

Students simplify months of progress into a scorecard that tracks every point of sale and daily revenue expectations. With this tool, they learn how to scale, identify profit centers, and make data-driven decisions for consistent business growth.
